About the Author Sean Yo is the Sr. Product Manager for Analytics and Data Platform at D2L. He’s used Brightspace as a student, TA, Instructor and Admin. He studied Digital Media Studies for his undergrad and MA, worked for 12 years in Higher Ed IT, was a Chief Architect at a Waterloo Start Up and has volunteered in Kathmandu.
